Orders & payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are processed over a secure, encrypted connection.
We pack quickly, but if you email care@lumenapparel.com within 1 hour of ordering we'll do our best to amend or cancel before dispatch.
Yes — digital gift cards are available from $50 to $500 and are delivered by email with a printable option.
Shipping
Standard shipping is free on orders over $150, otherwise a flat $9. Express is $14. See our full Shipping & Returns page.
Standard orders arrive in 3–5 business days; express in 1–2. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment it ships.
We ship to the US, Canada, UK, EU and Australia. International duties are calculated at checkout so there are no surprises on delivery.
Returns & exchanges
Return any unworn item with tags within 60 days for a full refund. Returns are free within the US. Start one from your account.
Exchanges for a different size or colour are free. We'll send the new piece as soon as your return is scanned by the carrier.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving your return.
Sizing & fit
Each product page lists its fit (relaxed, regular or tailored) and our recommendation. When in doubt, our linen runs relaxed — size down for a closer fit.
Yes — see the size chart on our Shipping & Returns page, with garment and body measurements in inches and centimetres.
Most styles run XS–XXL or 24–38. We're expanding the range every season — join our list to hear first.
Materials & care
European linen, extra-fine and grade-A cashmere merino, organic cotton, recycled wool and vegetable-tanned leather — all traceable to the source.
Care instructions are on every product page and garment label. As a rule: wash cold, skip the dryer, and store knits folded to keep their shape.
We do. Send any Lumen piece back for free mending of seams, buttons and small holes — because the most sustainable garment is the one you keep.
