Yes — standard shipping is free on all orders over $50. Below that, standard delivery is a flat $5. Express delivery is available at checkout for $12.

We ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, and shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. You can also follow your delivery any time by signing in to your account and opening your order history.

Because we dispatch quickly, there's only a short window to make changes. If you need to amend an address, swap a product or cancel, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to catch it before it ships.

Always. Every Verdant formula is 100% vegan and certified cruelty-free under the Leaping Bunny programme. We never test on animals and never use animal-derived ingredients.

We never use synthetic fragrance. A handful of products carry a light natural scent from botanical extracts and essential oils, but the majority of our range — including all treatment serums — is fragrance-free and suitable for sensitive skin.

Yes, we recommend it for any new product. Apply a small amount to the inside of your forearm and wait 24 hours before using on your face. Full ingredient (INCI) lists are printed on every product page so you can check for known allergens before you buy.

Sealed and stored away from heat and direct sunlight, our products keep for around 24 months. Once opened, follow the period-after-opening (PAO) symbol on the packaging:

• Serums and treatments: 6 months
• Cleansers and moisturisers: 12 months

We work with traceable, responsibly harvested botanical suppliers — sea buckthorn, bakuchiol and squalane among them — and formulate everything at clinical concentrations. No parabens, sulphates or synthetic fragrance, ever.

As a rule, work from thinnest to thickest texture:

• Cleanse — remove the day, morning and night
• Treat — apply serums to clean, slightly damp skin
• Moisturise — seal everything in with a cream or oil

In the morning, always finish with SPF.

Yes. The old advice that they cancel each other out is a myth — modern formulations layer beautifully. If your skin is very reactive, you can simply use vitamin C in the morning and niacinamide at night.

Both support smoother, firmer-looking skin. Retinol is a powerful vitamin A derivative that can cause dryness as your skin adjusts. Bakuchiol is a gentler, plant-derived alternative that delivers similar renewal benefits with far less irritation — making it our pick for sensitive or pregnant skin.

Our bakuchiol, niacinamide, hyaluronic acid, squalane and gentle cleanser formulas are popular pregnancy-safe choices. We always recommend checking with your doctor or midwife before changing your routine. Avoid retinol while pregnant or breastfeeding.

Hydration and glow can show within days, but active ingredients work with your skin's natural cycle. Allow 4–6 weeks of consistent use to see changes in tone, texture and dark spots, and up to 12 weeks for the fullest results.

If a product isn't right for you, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — even if it's been opened and used. We want you to find your perfect ritual, risk-free.

Once we receive your return, we process it within 2 business days. Refunds then take 5–7 business days to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank.
