We ship from our studio Monday to Friday and offer a few delivery speeds so you can choose what suits you. Shipping costs and estimated times are shown below and confirmed at checkout before you pay.

International customers may be charged import duties or taxes on delivery, which are set by your local customs authority and are not included in our prices.

Order processing

Most orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 1pm (Mon–Fri) usually leave the same day; orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday are processed the next business day.

  • You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout.
  • A second email with tracking details is sent the moment your parcel ships.
  • During sales and new launches, processing may take an extra day — thank you for your patience.

Returns & the happiness guarantee

Skincare is personal, so we make returns easy. If a product isn't right for you, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — even if it's been opened and used. We'd simply ask that you return it in its original packaging where possible.

To start a return, sign in to your account, open the relevant order and select "Start a return". We'll email you a prepaid shipping label and step-by-step instructions.

What's covered:

  • Opened or part-used products you didn't get on with.
  • Unopened products in resalable condition.
  • Gifts — refunds are issued as store credit to the gift recipient.

Once your return reaches us, we'll process it within 2 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

Damaged or wrong items

We check every order, but if something arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue and we'll arrange a replacement or refund right away — no need to return the item first.

Tracking your order

You can follow your delivery at any time by signing in to your account and opening your order history, or by clicking the tracking link in your dispatch email. If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, get in touch and we'll chase it for you.
